She has some sails set, but I'll bet you anything she's being towed in that photo. None of those sails seem to be set for moving her forward, but for helping mainatin a staright line course. The only time in my memory that she actually sailed was in the summer of 1997, her bicentennial, when she sailed some of the distance from Marblehead to Boston. T

IIRC, this was in 2000. Yes, she was under tow but at one point, they let her overrun the tow rope under her own power...at least that's what the crew said afterwards.
