Although the headstock of the Deering Goodtime may not be that attractive, in other respects I think it's quite a pretty banjo in it's plain, unassuming kind of way. I particularly like some of the patterning in the maple fretboard.

I too like the simple neck on a Goodtime,even the headstock doesnt bother me all that much.I kinda like the idea of it being a bit different then the "normal" banjo look.
