(Red Henry, Nancy Hicks [Pate], Murphy Henry. We were traveling and working a lot and having a good time.) This photo has some interesting banjos in it. The one at bottom is my 1937 TB-11 conversion, with a Steve Ryan tone ring and my first curly maple H&F neck. The banjos at left are Murphy's old standby, her TB-4 conversion with a Ryan conversion ring and a really nice neck by Mike Johnson, and a 1925 TB-2 with 10.5" rim, which I made a small 5-string neck for. The banjos at right are a walnut wreath Mastertone copy I was making at the time, and my old Epiphone.
