You know, if you're really up for the adventure, we could schedule something for the BIG MBOTMA festival, the second weekend in August, 2008.  There'll be about 5k+ folks milling around with instruments in an 1800 acre preserve.  I can save you a great spot on Wash Machine Hill with me and 200 of my favorite musical friends.  If you wanna bring that many lobsters (and charge), I'm sure you'd have takers.

Think about it!

Hey, youse guys.  My lovely wife DeAnne had a suggestion over lunch.  IF you want to come here for the August festival, the food idea might end up being your, er, bread and butter.  Here's her thought.

It involves a cause:

There's a huge tent (100X40?) in the middle of the campground that often is empty over lunch on Friday and Saturday (BIG days).  What if you offered a lobster chowder lunch (your call on choice of entree) for  $xx.xx with music provided (free) by Singleton Street and/or the Eelpout Stringers?  Here's the catch...

In addition to you making enough $$ to cover your cost and a bit more, all other monies are donated to Singleton Street's favorite cause, Autism.  I can tell you for sure there's never been a lunch offering like this before... or the associated cause.  If you're game, I'd love to give it a go.

I think that's a great idea. I would certainly be glad to help out my Maine buddies and get it all together, if it's possible to pull this off.

We could call it "Maine in Minnesota - A benefit for Autism."

I am looking at those tanks behind youse guys. Is that:

A) Maine disguised as New Jersey

B) Where Mainechowder stores the bisque, or,

C) The Avon factory

Oh...and I certainly hope you washed your hands!

NOT before eating the lobstahs...but AFTER eating the lobstahs and BEFORE playing the banjos!
