Beautiful John in unbelievable condition. Tenor/plectrum guys generally keep their instruments in fine shape and clean; unlike a lot of bluegrassers and old time players that want that worn out dirty look. The jazz guys that I have known have generally been top of the line men, WWII generation men. It is reflected in the way they took care of the instruments.

Strangely enough I agree with Bill. i've noticed that too.
I was taught to wipe down my instrument after playing. it's become a lifelong habit...like brushing your teeth.
Very nice looking banjo there.
