hello my first contact! it is cutter rig deign is a "Colin Archer" traditional lifeboats in norway. long keel great cruising i love her nearly as much as bluegrass! be lucky mick

She's very seaworthy looking boat. I love that canoe stern and it looks like you can reef that main all the way down to nearly nothing when it gets blowing hard out there. Is it a full wooden hulled boat? Lots of bright finished wood topside...I bet she keeps you very busy keeping her looking so beautiful ;o)

Pardon my ignorance, but is the small triangular sail called a staysail? I am a huge fan of Patrick O'Brian, and have read ALL of his books three times over, but have yet to learn all of the sheets.

Thats a lovely Boat Mick ! I dont know nowt about em but it certainly looks the part. It reminds me of a Model Boat i had when i was a Kid.
