Large Cletus is a 4-lb domestic ferret. These critters came over on the Mayflower as vermin (rat and mouse) control for the food supply. These little guys have been domesticated as long or longer than cats. If you have a couple of these guys, you can't be depressed!

Here it is, the end of 2010, and cletus is still here. He was about 2 years in this photo which makes him 6 years old. That's really gettin' on in years for a ferret. He is still the big brother, teacher and boss of my other 5 little guys, Maynard, Moonbeam (McSwine), Trini, Baby Doe and Little Britches.
