Slothead, Designed for fingerpicking: tone ring, fretted all the way & pressure tailpiece Nora designed & Patrick fashioned the tailpiece. Patrick also designed the tone ring for this banjo. It's brass and has arches, similar to a Fairbanks-Vega Electric, but with fewer arches and slightly different spacing. No stretcher band. The neck is adjustable. Behind the brass plate is the truss rod, which can be adjusted with an allen wrench. The brackets also tighten by way of an allen wrench.
