Both have 'zero frets' installed. The PA24 has a spruce top and birds-eye maple back and sides, with pearloid fingerboard. The P6E (the red one) is a shallow-bodied acoustic-electric with both magnetic and peizo pickups; it is my favourite instrument, and plays like a dream.
