Am I looking at the tunings here sir which would then be tuned using an Allen wrench?
Here in Midland Michigan working up an idea for tuning pins using eye bolts and nuts with wing nuts for a lock.
Retired but needing to get busy with some hands on type stuff.

Yes, that is the Yopp tuner. If you go to my blog and scroll down, there is an entry that shows how I make it using oak, drywall anchors and hex head cap screws.
