No nothing unusual like working from a jail cell. I do know a few songs with jails involved somewhere but to the best of my knowledge not even any one I know is in jail....I take that back there may be two people but they were never close personal friends.
I am just playing the same songs pretty much that I had on hand before I started this clawhammer thing so nothing noteworthy as an old time tune as yet. But first listening and then choosing one to work on. Got any suggestions?

Retired working part time Married 4 adult kids not selling anything or looking to buy but needing to learn plenty. Have been making noise on the guitar since 98 and banjo since 99. Rythm for both....clawhammer seems to be a very user friendly medium for my expressions I've been at it for about 2 months. and just now found patience to practice rolls for bluegrass. I am certain that both styles have their nitche and reason for having developed. I also play or have spent considerable time with accordion and concertina 36 button anglo Jews(Juice) Harp and the limber jack so I guess you could say I like music.
