Just messing around with the Skillet Head, not even a year old as of yet. Dec/13/2013 was when the label was signed. I got an old floor bridge from Tim Purcell 5/8" Crowe spaced, grant you this is just through my iPhone mic basically a 3 cent Chinese thing hhaha but let me tell you it sounds like a late 30's flathead!!! Warren and Ron know what to do to build them right. There's nothing more or special other than that! If you want that sound buy a Yates you will not be disappointed!! Also don't be afraid to experiment with set up and bridges, to me a banjo is like Holley carburetor once you get tuning for performance you always strive to get better results!!
