In 1996, four years into my banjo journey, I began to jam. This is about my 6th jam with a Guitar/Mando player who was raised on Bluegrass but had strayed for awhile (gone electric). Then he bought a Tony Rice VHS lesson and started back at his BG chops. Shortly after this recording I moved cross country and lost touch with this picker and the music but now returning and almost back to that level of picking.

After eight months of not jamming, I'm back at it, now jamming twice a month with better musicians than myself. Here is our second jam and first time trying this tune out on them. I think they've heard it somewhere before. I need to polish the ending with some harmonics maybe.

From Bill Keith arrangement, first take, no warm-up and a banjo I have never played before. RK77 Elite that was visiting for the day. I started by playing the B part. The beginning of the tune is around 23 seconds in. Bought the Grasstrax package and used the 90 bpm cut. Should of had it louder not realizing how powerful the RK was.
