Learnt from the fiddling of Ruthie Dornfeld in Haapavesi 2011. The melody comes from a Celtic dance tune called "The Irish Jaunting Car" but was supposedly reworked into a more mournful affair by a fiddler named Joe Coleman as he was waiting to be executed from the murdering of his wife, which he claimed he was innocent of.
