A few times through on Amazing Grace, played (poorly) on my Gold Tone CC-50TR. This is with steel strings but a No-Knot tailpiece--I just set it up for nylon strings, which should be arriving shortly. I appear to have had problems keeping my tempo even on this one.

Testing my new, homebrew piezo pickup/preamp combo. Moved the pickup toward the soundhole (farther from the bridge), which improved the clarity of multiple simultaneous notes (ie strums).

As arranged by Mike Iverson. Recorded via a homemade piezo pickup/preamp combo. Strums tend to distort; pickup was located under the treble side of the bridge.

Excuse the kids in the background. This is my barely-recognizable, Old Timey version of the hymn "Come Thou Fount", to demo my fretless banjo.

A quick rendition of Cripple Creek to demo my "new" fretless build. Excuse the kids in the background.

Cumberland Gap recorded on my Overkill CTB using a homemade piezo pickup and preamp. Played slowly, and with a notable goof right in the middle. Oops.

Fretless version of my rendition of John Henry, loosely based on Bruce Springsteen's from "The Seeger Sessions". Excuse the kids in the background.

This is Shady Grove as arranged by Mike Iverson, played poorly by me! It's just a sound sample for my Overkill cookie-tin banjo!

This is a little medley of 'Wreck of the Old 97' and 'Wabash Cannonball." I was just messing around with my Gold Tone CC-50TR travel banjo and the Tascam US-122L recording interface. The 'D' chord has been giving me some trouble in some songs, as will be apparent.
