Here are some links to my hillside / house performing venue in the Garvanza/Highland Park District of Los Angeles, CA. It is available for ALL budget levels and includes a sound system and some lights (basic) , as well as plenty of seating, rugs for the hillside, beanbag chairs, campchairs, fireballs, catering setup on the house's patio, etc.
(I'm a location manager who throws parties occasionally, but I thought performers/novices/students, etc.  on a tight budget might appreciate a venue to invite an audience to where they can shoot a performance video for youtube, etc.  I'm open to the low budget artist with not a lot to spend to rent a venue).

 Can be used day or night for those who want to shoot their own music videos for Youtube / have a cd release party, etc. 
 I have two Canon high def consumer cameras that do a decent job.  (My rock and roll party was shot by a videographer with a nicer camera ). Plenty of free parking on street outside - quiet neighborhood in hip/trendy Garvanza district of Highland Park. Note: Despite being a wooded hillside in a residential neighborhood, my place has NO restrictions on sound, since my neighbor appreciate me and are not bothered by amplified sound on the hillside, which absorbs a lot of ambient sound.   My sound system is pretty big and fairly sophisticated (Big Carvin Speakers - twin tweeters, mids and 15" woofers in each box, plus monitors, mics, stands, amps, snake, mixer, and a Driverack for bi-amping the speakers if desired). (While outdoors is tough on tuning, I'm putting it out there for what it's worth!) Please feel free to share and promote to your friends / performers!
