Taught Myself scruggs style in my teens (Peter Wernicks book). Returned after a 25 recess and a new interest in old-time music and have been making steady progress with clawhammer style. Just acquired an older Tenor and enjoying playing a bit irish trad aswell . Haven't had the picks back on my fingers yet, but Im sure it'll happen one day .Interested in everything banjo: history ,styles, construction. So much to learn , so little time !
