Currently playing in a contemporary Christian band. I have played music since I was 16 years old playing in bar bands for 20 years and through college. I am descent guitar player/picker but a much better singer. I have a 1965 Martin D28 I purchased at 16. I also have a Fender Ultra Stratocaster, Fender Jazz bass (Mexico), Carvin acoustic/electric, and my latest challenge a Fender FB58 banjo. I really enjoy picking the old fiddle tunes while my dad (73) strums the Martin. I don't know if it gets any better! I am currently learning Scruggs style, but the melodic licks are pretty cool as well.
