Started playing music at 7. Banjo at 20. Did shows back in the 60's when the Nashville stars came as a single. We were part of the whole show. Self taught 3 finger scruggs style. I don't believe in imitating any well known picker. I just like to do the songs as I feel them. Might not sound as the recordings, but I have never had anyone say it didn't sound right. Also played clubs and other doings. Still a union member, local 492 in Moundsville West Virginia.
