I bought an old tenor back in 1960 and it now has a few bracket hooks, nuts, and lugs missing.
It is a no-name banjo with pearloid fret board and peg head. The fret markers are rhinestones. The head stock is laid out with rhinestones. The resonator has birdseye maple veneer on the back with rhinestones spaced between the lugs. The hardware is nickel plated brass.
Several dates are scratched inside the resonator, the oldest being 1935.
Anyone god any idea who made it? I can attatch some photos if I can figure out how
