Hi there,
I live in Kelowna BC and have come accross a vintage JE Dallas 5 string Banjo for sale.
It's in very god condition for being over 140 years old. It has been used but lightly.
I'm most interested to see it go to a home where it will live and entertain once again.
The case is also original and quite exceptional.
Oh interesting tid bit. When this banjo was being made the inlay was done before the positioning of the frets was determined. Thus the frets cut through some inlay and the pattern is off. I'd imagine it would be like a printed coin with an error thus driving the value. Perhaps?
I can easily crate and box for shipping in NA or Europe.
Not sure what to ask but I am looking for a fair market price for such a nice instrument.
Warm regards
