I love the Bluegrass Highway podcast. It introduces me to all sorts of bands I never heard of. At the moment I am pretty happy to hear anything banjo!

I did a four month road trip around the USA in 2011 and had the pleasure of attending the Old Fiddler's Convention in Galax Virginia. One year later, I couldn't get banjo out of my head so decided it was time to start learning.
