Not much to say here really. Grew up in WVa, in 1974 I was sitting on the porch with my oldest brother one day listening to Earl play and I said I think if I had a banjo I could play it. We jumped into the car, went to B&B Loans (pawn shop) bought a Kay Banjo, I thought it was a Kay because it had a yellow "K" sticker on the peg head for (100.00 dollars) and found out that the banjo was not nearly as easy to play as it was to listen to! Anyway Earl got me hooked and I have attempted to play since then. Love Bluegrass and love the banjo.
