So, I had my second lesson last night with Mick. It is great to see someone who is very comfortable with his musical ability play. It gives me confidence. I'm learning an old song, that has been covered by many musicians....going down the road feeling bad...It sounds like its going to be a fun tune to learn.
What I thought was nice was Micks comment to me "You have the aptitude to do this"....That was nice, I also was able to get some great pointers on hand placement, finger placement, fretting, tuning, all in all some great stuff and an excellent lesson. So my goal for the week is to practice my rolls and chord changes....Good Times!
