Playing guitar since I was 11. Banjo since I was 19. Made a living as a recording engineer and producer. Now teach college. Play all styles of music on my Banjo but tryin real hard to play traditional BG tunes. I can play the banjo well. I write and play professionally. However, because I'm not steeped in traditional tunes, and considering the level of talent here on the hangout, I won't even list myself as purty good. But I am purty good.
