I started playing flat top guitar at age of 12 and started playing banjo at 22. I enjoy bluegrass festivals and jam sessions. I have played in various bluegrass and bluegrass gospel bands in the central Virginia area. I don't have time to play very much these days because of my work schedule. I am looking forward to retirement when I can have more time for my banjos and jam sessions. I have 2 banjos currently a 1975 Gibson RB-250 and a Morgan Monroe MHRB raised head banjo.
