Dr. Shipley lives in Springdale, Arkansas with his lovely wife and two beautiful daughters.
He was born in Joplin, Missouri in 1959. Graduated Webb City High School in1977. Attended MSSU, CMSU, FSCC, DH International Flight School, FranklinTecnical School, also graduating the 59 police academy and holds a Commercial Pilot, SEL, MEL, Inst, Instructors License from The Federal Avation Administration. And is a D.M. Cht. (Doctorate of Metaphysics and Clinical Hypno-Therapist). Owning several regional businesses.
He has played Banjo since the Mid 1970's and The Dobro since the late 1990's, Gary also is fluent in Piano, Bass and 30 some other instruments. He also enjoy's singing lead , bass, and harmony.
He started In the School Band and has worked with many Gospel, Country and Bluegrass Artists with a current credit of 69 recordings.
