Country strummer in High School Stopped playing while making a living in construction. Took up music again while running a country grocery store. Tuned in to bluegrass station and found the songs more fun than top twenty country hits of today. More of the sounds of life in the bluegrass style. Been working on up and down picking and using the picks on the banjo instead of wearing me fingernails down to the quick. I had a lot of time to practice in the store. Now i am out flagging traffic and have to cut back a bit on the extra time playing... :oh well...
