I am a banjo lover that has just started playing. I have played many styles of music on guitar, but everybody could tell, my love was bluegrass. So I bought a cheap Recording King to make sure the banjo is what I really wanted to play. The more I researched the banjo, the more I loved it! So before the Recording King even arrived, I bought a Deering Golden Era. Still chasing tone, but I'm happy with it overall. My email address is fivestring@ymail.com. I hope to meet some fellow bluegrass lovers in my area.
