The first person I ever heard play clawhammer banjo was Ed Britt, in a friend's living room one night, many years ago. Such amazing music!! A couple of years later I happened to pick up an old open-back in a music store just to fool around, and couldn't leave it behind. I play in a folk duo called 'Late Bloomers' and teach guitar.
