Been picking banjo since 1996. Picked around the house for about 3 yrs before I got brave enough to venture out. Learned more within 5 months around other pickers than I did the whole 3 yrs by myself. Bluegrass has introduced me to some of the finest people in the world. Im in a band called the AA Blugrass band. Pat Feagan, he's the lead singer. He plays guitar, mandolin, fiddle. Kenny Courtney, he sings baritone and plays the doghouse. And me, I play banjo and guitar and sing tenor.We play mostly locally around Augusta, Ky and surrounding areas.
