Was born in Harrsionburg, Virginia USA. Moved to Sydney, Australia with my father in 2000 and have been living here ever since. All my co-workers/friends always laugh at me when I say I play banjo yet whenever I try to find a good teacher around town, they are always booked out. Nuts to them, banjo rules! I prefer picking opposed to clawhammer. I had a teacher who tried to teach me the clawhammer but it was a disaster! Started out learning with 3 fingers and 5 strings and never gonna look back!
