I am going to get a new banjo for my birthday. I have the chance to get A. a chuck lee which i have to go all the way to scotland to pick up or B. a deering or vega which is only twenty mins by train. I know lots of you out there play both but what to chose.. I need a banjo i can play at festivals, and also in local pub sesions. Nice and mellow but also able to be heard over the noise of the background.. The choice is endless it seems. Any good ideas you guys .. yours dave
