I live in the small town of Eden NC, just under the VA line, near Danville VA. I've been playng the banjo for about 3 and a half years. I started taking lessons from Lynwood Lunsford for about a year and a half. For the last few years i've been learning on my own. I like a lot of different bands and different styles of bluegrass, but I really love the traditional bluegrass the most, such as Flatt & Scruggs, Bill Monroe, Jimmy Martin, Stanley Brothers ect. I hope to play professionally some day, but only time will tell. For the mean time I love to jam, and have fun!!!
