I was interested in American folk music from an early age. My interests expanded as my horizons expanded, and I now like several different folk musics and several music genres. The banjo was my first instrument, and the love of my life. I am now writing my own songs. Currently, I am acquiring more recordings from old Bluegrass bands. My biggest fault is failing to practice or learn my own songs!
