I'm 25, been playing guitar since I was 15, played drums and bass guitar for a bit too. I graduated college from Southern Illinois and now work for Uncle Sam up in Wisconsin. I've been wanting a banjo for a couple years now, finally got the urge to buy one, can't wait to get some stuff together and play with some friends. I can never get enough of the rush I get when playing with other people, I think banjo is going to be a blast, such a earthy sound, to me anyways. We'll see where this takes me. Hope to meet many more people along the way and maybe share this with my kid someday.
