I have been a transport driver all my life, In 1980 got my first banjo, a 1967 special Scruggs edition Washburn banjo that I still use. In 1998 I took sick and that's when got very serious about learning banjo. I now have 6 students and still I am learning new things every day. I encourage everyone that wants to learn, make time just 10 minutes a day practice minimum, (Then take a break) practice take a break etc... You will focus more, You will learn more, Remember more, and advance faster. HAPPY PICKING
