What and Where is it from

Thursday, July 10, 2008

This is a banjo that I found on the wall of an antique shop in Redwing Minnesota. It was in very poor condition but basically sound, so I bought it for $25 and renovated it. I don't think it is the best banjo in the world but it does not sound bad. I put a new tail piece on it but apart from that I think it is original. Does anyone know what it's heritage is in terms of region and/or maker. Thanks for any response. 1 comment
