Born and raised an Air Force brat and joined the Army fresh out of highschool. Used to fly the Blackhawk but have recently changed branches. I grew up in Wyoming way out in the boonies and have recently bought some back there to retire on. I am currently stationed in Alabama, Fort Rucker to be exact. My father knew a few songs on his old open back and I guess that is how I got interested in the Banjo. My wife knew I was interested in learning and purchased a no name starter banjo off of ebay for me to learn on. Now I just need to learn how! Very excited about the prospect of getting to do some pickin.
