I started playin in 1960 with my Dad who played guitar. Learned how to play "Mountain Style" from WC Corey in Silaom Spring Ark. while I was in Collage. Played with lots of folk group during that time. I started teaching school, coaching, and ended up Principaling untill there were more Attorneys in my Office than Parents for suspension hearings. I teach Sailing for the YMCA currently as I took early retirement from education. I have played all over the world as I have always had a "Boat Banjo" with me. I have done a lot of Sailboat Racing and have always enjoyed playing and singing with my friends.
