Kulesh Tone Ring

I have a Kulesh 10 hole I would like to know more about. I've had it 20 or 25 years, not sure, I bought it so long ago.  The stamps are,  (besides the oval with the RK),  it has,   RT   D   20.

I'm pretty sure the RT means Rich & Taylor.  

What, if anything can you tell me about it?
