Started playing clawhammer + guitar back in the great folk scare of the the early 60's. Got more serious in 85. Took lots of classes at Old Town School in Chicago - great staff. I really miss our weekly 4-hr OT jams in Chicago, and occasional gigs. Grateful to have hooked up with the faces (all 2 of them) of old timey music in Tulsa after relocating here. After 40+ years I may be starting to get the hang of the instrument.
