I'm a 27yr old picker from Richmond, Texas. I live and breathe music, but i'm still new to the Bluegrass world. I play in a group with my dad and about ten others, and I'm loving it! I started learning mando with my dad about 4yrs ago, then April of 2006, they asked me if I was interested in learning bass cause they didn't have a steady bass player. So I've been playing bass with them for almost two years, but I have this itch, I want to play them all. So my newest endeavor is learning the banjo, yeah me! I've been playing for about two weeks so far, and I'm having so much fun. I'm hoping I can make some new friends here that can give me some pointers and eventually even jam with.
