My first instrument is classical piano. I have a degree in voice, play the guitar and have taught music in the elementary schools for 26 years. I've only been playing the banjo for a year and a half. Since the first day I picked up the banjo I fell in love. Who knew that I was born to play the banjo? I have a lot of catching up to do to play like some of you pros.
