I've played guitar since 1965 and own about 14 stringed instruments at the moment, mostly guitars ('52 Gibson Les Paul; '68 Martin D-35; '69 Givens dreadnaught; etc.). Getting ready to retire as a civilian employee with the Navy and on the side I own and am the Features Editor for Modern Guitars Magazine (http://www.modernguitars.com).
