I just got an Epiphone MB250. have a blast,,, the other banjo I have,, my first,,,, I have no idea,,, it's a 24 hook 5 string. handed down from my (step) great grandfather. No mfg name,,, no S/N. I just have a great time playing it. Check out the picture of it and let me know if you have any ideas. I'd like to find someone in the area that can help me get it setup properly.

Bluegrass, folk, Irish music, I can't believe that I'm just discovering it now,,, so I have no idea about banjo artists yet,,, Bela Fleck, Ricky Skaggs, the Osbourne brothers,,, the Clancy Brothers,, Johnny Winter, Muddy Waters, SRV, Andre Segovia. I've been a blues / rock guitar fan since I was 17,, just got the banjo this past August

I've got mad respect for string instruments and anybody who plays them. Guitar, banjo, mandolin,, it's all about the vibes for me,,, even piano.
