I play a Goldtone OB-250+. I love it. Has a good 4th string growl and enough bark to stun small critters at 20 paces. My dream banjo is Huber.

Favorite banjo players are Jim Mills, Sammy Shelor, Tom Adams, Scott Vestal, and the genius Earl Scruggs. Favorite bands are Del McCoury, James King, , Blue Highway, Grascals. Flatpickers..Tony Rice, Bryan Sutton, David Grier, Doc Watson, and Dan Crary.

Loved bluegrass since I was a child listening to my dad's 8-track of Foggy Mountain Banjo. Been playing banjo since 2002. Former frustrated mandolin player who seems much more at home with a 5-string. Also like to pick the flattop and sing....sometimes way off key. Enjoy going to Bean Blossom festival every June. Just a completely ate up bluegrass fanatic.
