I have been playing guitar in a semipro bluegrass band for seven years. I have played the banjo for 8 years. I play mostly for fun around the house, but have played banjo onstage with the Urban Hillbilly Quartet for two years. I'm not a big fan of banjo in rock music but I like playing out and hanging out.
I played bluegrass banjo in an early incarnation of Pochantas Co, and taught beginners for four years in south minneapolis.
