Help identifying a Gibson Mastertone, lefty

I have a lefty Gibson Mastertone I inherited. I am trying to verify is COA. I have taken several pics along with the serial number from the inside but I can't post until I have posted ehre at least 3 times.

Serial number 3-9211-113.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!
