ILearn faster/P3erform Better

I got this book a week ago. I have been reading and trying to apply its ideas to my practice. It is only seven days, however I am finding that I have a new focus regarding my banjo journey. I feel more organized and more effective in learning new ideas on the banjo.

The ideas- practice at speed, 20 on, 40 off....distributed practice vs. mass practice. The book seems to back things up with data and science studies. 

So far- 7 days- so good. If it lasts as long as my marriage- well, 32 years......

Anyone aware, interested, use this book???
